Shipping Information: The shipping charges and are based on the delivery option you choose from UPS. You'll see your shipping cost listed on the "Place Order" page in Checkout. After reviewing the page, you can submit your order. We will ship your item the next business day of your order and the items will arrive according to the shipping option you choose from UPS.

How do I track my order? Orders can be tracked on line at ups.com, using the tracking number we provide you when your order ships.

What if I want to return or exchange something? We believe in your complete satisfaction, and in the quality of our products. We offer a full refund of original tender for items returned within 30 days of purchase, in original condition, and accompanied by packing slip. A Store Credit will be issued for any items returned after 30 days of purchase or without a packing slip.

When making a return, please note: first, your Order Number must be included – this helps expedite the credit process and prevents confusion with other returns. Second, cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the merchandise received was damaged or was the wrong item.

If damaged or the wrong item, you must first call 612 770 5431 or email: admin@primatoy.com, we will coordinate with UPS for pickup of merchandise with pre-paid shipping charges.

Are shipping charges refundable? Shipping charges will only be refunded if item being returned is defective, damaged, mis-shipped or short-shipped, different item or color than what customer ordered.
